Bo is the Head of Facilities and is responsible for most of the practical issues of the daily operation of BII. His main focus is on managing and expanding laboratory activities, along with the physical expansion of BII.

Bo has a Ph. D from Mainz University in Molecular Biology and a long track record of small molecule screening and DMPK. He has built up several laboratories and screening facilities in both Germany and Denmark.
